How to use ZOOM Meeting Room

This page is where you can join a Bible Study Group, Church Service, or other fellowship group. You may also check in for “visitation” at specified times to see if anyone is online for a chat. We will be emailing links to zoom meetings for anyone who has an email on file with the church. go here to fill in a simple form to submit your email address. You may now also click here to request a church email address of your own with the church website server address like this: We will generally use your first name and the initial of your last name unless there is a conflict.

The link takes you to ZOOM, a free and powerful conferencing platform There is no cost to you to participate, and most computer browsers support Zoom.n On some computers you may have to download the free application. There is also a free Zoom App available for Apple and Android smartphones.

 Please mute yourself when you are not ready to speak. This cuts down possible destructions that result from noise. You can choose to mute automatically when you join the meeting and unmute once it’s your turn. You can perform these settings on the Audio tab as per your preference.

You can ask to share your screen if you have something on your computer you want to share. This is a fun feature!

How Does It Work?

Joining a Meeting
1. Click a zoom meeting link like the one you received above OR

2. Go to
3. Click the “Join a Meeting” tab. You can find the tab on the top right

corner of the homepage
3. When prompted, add your designated Meeting ID (The Meeting ID

can be a 9, 10, or 11-Digit number). The Meeting ID should be

provided by the host. 4. You’re in!

Start a Meeting
1. Go to
2. Toggle over the “Host a Meeting” tab on the top right hand corner 3. Choose whether you would like to keep video chat on or off
4. Sign in using your login information or create a new account
5. Launch the Zoom application and open
6. Send out the meeting details, including the Meeting ID and/or link 7. You’ve created a meeting!


Sharing Your Screen
1. Zoom allows users to share their screen to the entire conference call!

To do so, simply click “Share Screen” at the bottom of the window. Note: Only one person can use screen-share at a time, and one person must “Stop Sharing” before someone else can start sharing.

2. To stop sharing the screen, simply click “Stop Sharing.”
